The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #PressforProgress, which brings up the conversation of the gender pay gap. Woman can no longer be complacent. With the global activism movements like #MeToo and #TimesUp, creating a platform where woman now have a voice. The fight for woman’s equality, now more than ever before cannot and will not be ignored.
